- Mientras mezclar el azúcar negra restante con los 20 gr. de harina
- Una vez que levaron, agregarles nuevamente por encima, el azúcar negra mezclada con la harina, utilizando el procedimiento anterior, con la cuchara y la espátula, presionando suavemente, cargándolas bastante. Llevarlas al horno precalentado a media temperatura, aprox. 15 min. Para verificar si están cocidas, pincharlas con un palito de brochette si sale limpio, están listas. Retirar y dejar enfriar
- Una vez frías cortarlas al medio con cuidado, untar una parte con el dulce de leche, montarlas nuevamente y listo! solo queda disfrutarlas hasta que se acaben o regalar como hago yo! para no comerme todas jajajaja
